November 2005, FO discovered on preflight an access panel missing on the #2 engine pylon. The missing panel wasn't covered in the CDL. No one at Atlas Engineering would generate an Engineering Order...

Not counting the numerous 747's full of sailboat fuel, or stacks of pallets, the least would have to be a drill rig tool, weighed maybe 10 pounds.
