Fanor - would you be willing to give a rough idea of what to expect in the telephone interview? It certainly doesn't sound like they give you much time to prepare if you pass the online tests.

From memory OAA, FTE, CTC, Cabair and WAAC etc HAVE to do some form of entry assessment as it is a CAA requirement for starting an integrated source.

I imagine Stapleford don't do it as they don't...

There is a LOT MORE to OAA than the ab-initio training facility at Oxford/Kidlington Airport.

The OAA group now incorporates this as well as the old GECAT and SAS type rating/advance training...

Modular Training at Intergrated schools

I wonder what peoples opinions are about doing a modular course at a FTO who also runs intergrated courses. That basically cuts it down to Cabair and Oxford.
