Performance C

I've come across a question in an application form asking whether I have passed performance C?

I understand that performance A+B are incorporated in the JAA Aircraft Performance exam, but have not come across C before.

Could anyone shed any light on this?

Thanks.

Perf. C is for a lighter class of aircraft - I forget the exact details but I passed it last century to open my ATPL with a four piston engined, 72' wing span, low winged monoplane!
