Personal Bidding System (PBS)

Heard that introducing such a system increases the efficiency of crew planning and therefore could reduce the number of crews required.

And that an FO ex-SR has 50 % higher salary than and ex-LX FO in the same seniority scale. Plus other benifits.

I was wondering how many companies are allowing a full FO Take off. Meaning advancing power levers, rotating and climb out.

Our procedure unfortunately is a hand over when the aircraft is clean.

Get yourself a job as an instructor / taxi -flight / areal fotography / etc... Get as much good experience as you can and be keen.

Use a part of your 20K on stamps and phone-bills to get this...

What about many jobs out of Holland.. .500 hrs on a B-1900 C or D, salary nil, expenses nil, even pay for your own hotel when having a night stop. Worst is you pay about 30.000 Euros to get the job....

My guess is that the rate integrated gyro is not allowed to move in a gimbal. The force needed to counteract the potentiel movement is transferred into a electrical signal.
