Remuneration is Incentive driven.

as an operator, i've also considered this option.

incentive driven does not necessarily = less than award

well not for me anyway, but if i applied for that job, i'd expect it to likely be less...

Obviously a Caravan is bigger and better than a C206/210, but also more expensive.
