Turkish Airlines uses 2 Captain's and 1 FO. I'm pretty sure Delta uses 1 Captain and 2 FOs. Some airlines like Cathay have cruise pilots

No UPS pilot or any pilot would fly 1 day out of 3 weeks...and I highly doubt that any airline would make money if they had 3000 pilot flying 2...
