E Visa web site

The site does not differentiate between maritime and tourist visas. Once you have a maritime visa you cannot follow through with the request for a tourist visa as the site figures you have a visa....

WiTopia works great. Cheap. Gives you links to "jump the wall" to get connected as local providers ban contact with them. Takes a little work but you can set up a number of machines on one account.

The plastic envelope-sleeve-thing on the inside of your hat is a good place for a kid pic... May take a bit of altering but a good place. Also good for weather briefings, late flight plans, etc...
