It appears that the selection of people off the hold file isn't a thing of date of interview... There were guys interviewed well after me but have been hired before me.

I enquired this with HR some time ago. Their response was..."No". Of course this may differ to what actually happens but I wouldn't imagine it would have a significant influence.

Anyone else heard if they have earmarked anymore domestic courses for the remainder of the year?

I believe there is a course of 4 scheduled for July for Ejet, whether or not that includes any cruisers coming across!

Those of you who got your 777 course postponed heard anything yet?!

Hey mate, not yet, take a look t the latest Agap briefing for VAI, mentions something about incorrect assignment of Cruizers for domestic, I think this is why the course has been delayed.. Only speculation though...

Well they never left.. I guess if they were planning on loosing a few guys to domestic, they would put on another course but since that is now not the case... My theory anyway.

Yep and it's not just limited to flight crew. They're not recruiting across the board at the moment until the next financial year.

I've heard come end of May emails will be sent to the hold file applicants saying something along the lines of "please re-apply". Virgin will re-open recruitment web page and start of August.

No no I believe they have just run out of money due to the implementation of Sabre. It definitely won't happen as chickotroll says it will.
