tail wheel

It’s a 93 XJ6 3.2L with 84K on the clock. The mags are actually Daimler rims and were the cars Achilles heel. They were Millimetric rather than the usual Euro Metric which made it a pain in the right rear end to get tires for. I ended up replacing them with a set of genuine 96 Jaguar sports rims about four years ago. Sorry. The interior is cream leather with the walnut trim on dash and doors.

If you know where I can get a replacement for the Clarion (I’m pretty sure it's a Clarion) in boot CD changer or where I can get it fixed please let me know. There aren’t many English radio stations in Hong Kong and the three or four there are, are only on the AM band.

Capt Fathom

There are lots of these horrible pink tiled buildings in Hong Kong. It isn’t PS Road.

Owning a Jag should be mandatory training for pilots. They are machines that attract attention and are fun to drive.
Wouldn't work for today's pilot, there's no "direct to" button.

Jaba,

When I saw that photo my adrenaline spiked. I am guessing a 1990 Gixxer 1100 with a few mods. And what a great Kat.

I am the proud owner of an 88 J model 1100 Limited Edition with around 16,000 km and totally original. I am sure you know the model I mean, black and gold Hyper Endurancer. The last of the square backs. It has been in storage for the last 15 years or so. The tyres are more than likely as hard as steel now!!!

That was where it all started!

I nearly sold it a few years back during a fleet rationalisation I attempted to undertake. By geez I am glad I didnt now! Seeing your photo has reinforced that for me 1000%. The bike is irreplacable.

I have searched all my archives and bugger it I dont have a digital photo to post for you. Another time.

PF...... A constructive post from you

Gas Bags.........we need to talk! Mine is a 1988 J GSXR 750 Hyper Endurance, I think built as a limited edition for the World SBK series.

Not fun to ride long distance but a nice one. The Kat is my brothers and its not for sale.....ever!
