With or without F-16's (preferably with) Ukraine remains committed to the removal of it's pest infestation, whereas Russian air superiority amounts to crashing into UAVs and breaking international law with the TurboLet unlawful interference. On a par with Lukashonky's unlawful actions against a civil airliner some time ago.
A breakup of Russia will be pretty messy, it is 100 years overdue to get Moscow to stop abusing the satellite states for the myth of border security. The wash-up poor 91 was untidy, this time round, the world has a good idea of what is exported from Russia in times of stress. Russians broke this program, they get to have a fair bit of the lifting of fixing this one too. Russia will not accept guidance in their internal affairs, something that is overlooked when considering the mess that arose post 91, they need to get a Russian solution to a Russian problem.
One thing we have little knowledge of is the extent to which many Russians are opposed to the actions of their government. Only clues we have are from the many tens of thousands that have fled Russia for places like Georgia, the handful of young Russian vloggers that try and give a more balanced view of Russian people and the increasing incidence of what look to be sabotage events. I don't believe Ukraine is behind the majority of these explosions and fires deep inside Russia. I think it's dissidents. We never get to hear about them though. The Russian government has a very effective media suppression organisation.
We look on some of its output as being crazy but a large proportion of older Russians believe every lie they are told. Maybe there will be another Russian revolution. Worries me if I'm honest. Much as Putin's downfall would be good for Ukraine it would plunge Russia back into the madness that followed the fall of the Soviet Union. That madness unleashed thousands of hardened criminals on the rest of the world. I fear another collapse would do the same but would be worse. All the very rich Russians that would be free from the control Putin exerts could cause mayhem around the globe.

They’re at it again with the nuke warnings etc and now the attack on the Kremlin was to take out the Nuke weapon control. It amazes me that you go to war with a country and that country fights back on your territory, they then call it terrorism, they seem to think a war should be fought on one side. Only.

Ukraine says it destroyed all 35 Iranian-made Shahed drones launched by Russia in a wave of attacks across the country early Monday.

Transnistria has asked Russia to increase the number of “peacekeepers” on the territory, just how they would get them there would be interesting. They must see the writing on the wall too.

If this is true, it sounds like Prigozhin is having the power he once held cut out from under him.

Russia has been unable to link up through Odesa as promised.

It looks like Ukraine lost another Stormer 
do you think it hit a mine first as the field track looks disrupted where it pulled off. At least the crew appear to have got clear.
I see of late we appear to be sending a small number of extra ones to Ukraine, possibly to replace those lost.

The tank crew must have just got their call up papers to go to Ukraine.

At least that tank is more modern than the T54s allegedly being prepared for deployment in Ukraine!
