Total and utter drivel, it simply is a desperate attempt to hold the poor Countries of the World to ransom in the hope it will force the west to lift the sanctions against Russia.
Pleading like this shows they are losing, the sanctions are crippling the Countries ability to operate and there is unrest forming…
The one Country that has the ability to change the course of the war is Russia, they need to leave Ukraine, pay reparations and put their case to the west for sanctions to be lifted, as long as they are on Ukrainian soil and killing Ukrainians there should be no change unless it is harder sanctions.
I agree with the comments

Russia has systematically targeted Ukraines farming industry. Destroying 90% of the irrigation systems in SE Ukraine, targeting food supplies. Bombing food export depots. All to engineer a famine to force the world to give Russia Ukrainian territory. Wake up.
Russia has started systematically attacking and destroying food deposits in Ukraine. 120 million pounds of grain were destroyed in recent attacks, and Russia has demanded access to western banking systems in order to stop this attack on the worlds food supply. What should the world do in response? Simple. It should unite. Famine is not acceptable table stakes. The US, India, China +NATO should protect food shipments by force if necessary.

A Film regarding cluster weapons in Ukraine about one team using them..
Ecce Homo! Loquitur...
Those who do not follow Ukraine closely, may have no idea that a huge internal conflict is brewing currently. In many regions, the Ukrainians are unhappy with how money is being spent for urbanism projects, culture etc. instead of the army.
On the national level, the same fury is unleashed too (see ‘Ingulets’ TV serie). In Zhytomyr, protestors spilled “blood” around a local administration building demanding re-route 100 millio Hryvnia (2,5 million USD) to army instead of pedestrian pavements reconstruction.
As far as I understand, the protest was successful. But the fury and disappointment remain. Highly dangerous.

Exclusive: Russia’s Spies Say Putin Faces More Coups
Yevgeny Prigozhin's coup attempt in June left everyone in the world stunned - except Russian intelligence officials, some of whom tacitly supported the catering magnate's efforts. In this exclusive for The Insider, sources in the FSB, GRU and Ministry of Internal Affairs explain why Vladimir Putin's security apparatus failed to stop Wagner from seizing a key military base and charging all the way to the gates of Moscow.….

True, but it’s already happened with the RU threat against shipping that transits Ukraine ports. Only sure way to resolve it is to neutralize the threat.
