I wonder why Poland can’t do what’s right regardless of Germany’s reluctance to do so. What’s most important?

I'm sure I've seen the same video somewhere else suggesting it was a UR-77 Meteorit mine clearing vehicle that was responsible (you know the sort - line charge laid by rocket).

Edit - it is a Ukranian UR-77, can't link the video at the moment, but this is a screenshot from a few seconds before the bang;

If they can get the approval without causing any ruckus/bruising anybody's feelings ( which may be detrimental at some other time ) then it's worth it if they know it's only going to be a few days. In the case of the Leos, Poland did say it was going to send the tanks anyway ( just before Germany caved in )

Germany has already greenlighted to export those MiGs. But they legally had to insist on being asked, which happened today.

And more than that it was photographed in the USA! It must be part of Ukraines Lend lease

The leader of an online group behind suspected US military document leaks is national guardsman Jack Teixeira, officials have told NBC News.

Teixeira, 21, is said to have overseen a private online group, containing around 30 people, in which the leaked documents were shared.

He is a member of the intelligence wing of the Massachusetts Air National Guard, according to interviews and documents reviewed by The New York Times.

Officials told Sky News' US partner network, NBC News, that they have been on to him for some time and that an arrest is imminent.

The German government has given Poland the formal permission to deliver the former NVA MiG-29 to Ukraine.

A stupid fool, he could have caused hundreds of deaths, one hopes he gets charged with treason and spends the next thirty plus years trying to avoid dropping his soap.

The Us also needs to look at how they disseminate such information and to who, as it appears to have been lax

I was always astonished that so much information was available to Bradley Manning when he was simply in a fairly low-level position.

Just arrested. He clearly had unsupervised access to the documents long enough to take 300 photos of briefing sheets laid out on a table.

Just finished reading the news reports from multiple sources. Something doesn't feel right. It all seems too well packaged, too neat.

"Operation Mincemeat - the man who never was", from WW2 comes to mind.

Unfortunately sounds all too likely - worked on IT in the intelligence cell.

Manning and SIPRnet all over again….

If Airframes could talk aye, south Atlantic to the deserts of basra, sea rescue 90s-naughties coast guard, boscastle blah blah then finally hangered up after last bit of duties training foreign crews.
Then instead of a museam or shredder, flatlands of ukraine and another war more intense than ever.

also meant we broke the Nato sending aircraft wall.

I have to say it does all seem a little convenient. Almost as bad as the Russian amateurish efforts of the recent past.
