No wonder it crashed -- Boeing had the tail rotor all wrong. Now that we've got it resized, it just needs to be cut off and rotated 90 degrees.

Hi, I am from the DOD Inspector General’s office and I am puzzled as to why this helicopter is listed as “fully mission capable”
