In Germany, Sweden and England for example, main highways were trialed as emergency runways. However in Florida, Accadia Avenue was found to be not suitable due to FO(r)D

Looks like the engine did most of the damage, officer. Let's keep this simple for the insurance company and say I was hit by a Continental.

The Pilot was heading for Croydon airport in 1920, when (s)he flew through a time warp, and discovered it was now a parking lot for unsold cars in 2020. ,
