Well Badminton should have put out a Notam if they wanted us to avoid overflying their horse trials.

“That was my most interesting jump!” she thought, completely forgetting the previous evening’s encounter with Hoskins.

Oh we bought that because it was once with "The Blades" display team. We use it on the geldings. Saves us a fortune on vets bills.

Ellie finished up with 4 faults, while the student Nav got three A7s, two majors and a whole set of double deductions.

Judge's comments

I was very much hoping that someone wittier than me would come up with a great line containing the word Hunting (capital H) or possibly Hunter (ditto), but the one entry with Hunting sadly meant nothing to me. Still, an honourable mention for Wensleydale with

Ellie had graduated from the Provost to Hunters.

and for Kiltrash with

'They seek him here, They seek him there'
But no matter how much 'Hunting' goes on no one can find Dave Leppard

Difficult to choose among many great entries; thank you everyone who has amused us.

The prize goes to Dan Gerous for the remarkably brief:

She's called Harrier, cause she jumps jets.

The CST is on its way by courier post. It may take longer than a day or two since all the staging inns have been closed by government decree,
