How to increase your crewman/winchmans IQ

Step one,

Remove crewman from winch cable.

Step two,

Insert dog.

Confusing scenes at the flying school after the authorisation sheet had been smudged and the first 'H' now looked like an 'R' - "Take a Hover down the runway" now had a whole new meaning.....
