Pierre's practice of keeping some cigarette lighter fluid in his flight suit pocket in the event he ever met that Harvey Lady was determined to be the cause....and his defense of "When Pierre goes down.....Pierre goes down in flames!" was found to be irrelevant to the Accident Board.

Having purchased a surplus Chinook to make into a restaurant, Jamie Oliver was deamed to have installed the cooker a bit near the side

....and for this I was awarded the DFC, but if truth were told the damage was caused. not by enemy fire while rescuing 10 troops from the field, but having a post coital smoke with that Section Office Harvey
