The results:

Honourable Mention to Kiltrash for

Owing to the floods during the Monsoon season, the Indian Army get permission from the ruling class to drain the water from the homes into the only open space in Dehli, much to the annoyance of the ICC.... there done it at last, got in Army, India, Water and Cricket in one caption (whew)

I've no idea why he should be pleased with himself for that, but still...

And now I'm really stuck between half-a-dozen other worthy entries.

The CST, my prize for brevity, and the Heath Robinson Prize for going to extreme lengths to obtain a dubious and trivial result goes to Buster Hyman for
