The designers had sorted the AoA for max climb. They were still working on the STO lift engines.

The loadie's calculations had allowed for a cockpit containing PAS aircrew wallets.

The Engineers failed to read the maintenance manual when it came to measuring the Nose Gear Strut for proper extension length.
