Famous Last Words.

THIS IS NOT A CAPTION

..It wasn't the greatest of jobs, but it sure beat the old "Say ... what's a mountain goat doing way up here in a cloud bank?" routine..
The penny has just dropped, and the meaning of WeeJeem's #36550 has suddenly come to mind (better late than never !). Same thing as "Why's the cloud gone green ?

You may be under the sign of Capricorn - but if I have any more trouble from you, I'll tell you your horoscope - you'll meet a nice Gurkha with a sharp kukri !

Cry Havoc and let roll the goats of war!

This is the result of the Yorkshire jury....

3rd place.... we all love the Dark Side.

Wee Jeem: It wasn't the greatest of jobs, but it sure beat the old "Say ... what's a mountain goat doing way up here in a cloud bank?" routine.
2nd Place.... Can't beat a good pun.
Nutloose: Due to budget cuts, the Guards practice the new Bleating the Retreat parade.
1st Place.... best fairy tale since the Brexit campaign..
WEE Jeem again: "It's a trip-trap, trip-trap!"
Thanks Chaps!

Ken 'Ratty' Badger, director of Channel 4's 'The Wind in the Willows', wonders whether CGI might have been a better choice for his modern interpretation of: "The motor-car went Poop-poop-poop, As it raced along the road. Who was it steered it into a pond? Ingenious Mr. Toad!”
