Yes the regular engine failures on the A380 mean we need a constant stream of spares always airborne on alert status worldwide deliverable within 12 hour.

Modifications to improve the cruise performance of the BAE146 were surprisingly effective although reservations in respect of aerotoxicity effects were expressed in some quarters.
