ABIW,

Got to admit.........I'm glad that "HE" is back in circulation again as I was starting to miss the manic banter.
I'm intrigued about the fingers though.........wonder if someone slammed the door on them ?

Rgds to all,

Don't see any mention of muppet cock-ups in this thread....and I know of several.....out of trim loads, pounds(avoirdupois) instead of kilo's, forklifts embedded in hercs, etc etc! , however to err is human.....are they?

UncleFester,

I rather thought that this thread was about nothing other than Muppet cock ups.

The pounds (avoirdupois) and kilos thing has been mentioned at least twice by the same person but he seemed to be having trouble deciding what flight level he should have been at............. and he was flying the frame !!

However, as you suggested.....to err is human !!

Rgds to all,

E5.

E5;

Last time the up-cock happened from the Muppet brethren at Kokkinelli Central, we almost did not make our flight level ( we climbed like a 'K' !!!) and the pilot was only just talked out of turning back to 'de-illuminate' the aforementioned muppetry experts.

As you said, this thread is all about your trade's 'expertise'...

Regards to Some;
SFS

Aren't smilies great!!!

E5,

Got the fingers caught in a rather tight bearded clam - great fun but somewhat painful. I do hope you are well, sweet girl!

ABIW,

Whilst I may be that and proud to be so, the racist slant is so low it dosen't warrant a thoughtful reply. You my friend are a true stroker. Black, white, pink, yellow bring them on. Do the job and we all get on.

Again, you are a stroker.

Peace and goodwill to you all, less the simple idiot who is always broken.

J Bloke,

I couldn't be arrsed searching for the individual posts so have burgled this one from Blakey as it was this to which I was referring:

"Dummy....

Your last diatribe about lbs/kgs in 'the other thread' you said "Could only get to 9000' and not 25000'" this time the story is 12000' isntead of 26000' - for God's sake if your going to try and moan at least be consistent"

Merely pointing out that one should be consistent in one's banter.
Rather worrying though that you should experience the same problem out of the same base.

Rgds to all,

E5

E5;

You are entirely correct in your mutterings that the same base seems to strike terror into the aviator's confidence in their ability. Kokkinelli Central seem to have entirely their own way of dealing with life in the afternoons and the jet noise seems to be an annoying disturbance to their grander plans of sand in the bathing suit and ketchup in the halloumi rolls (yeuch!)!

They could do with taking a leaf from the books of others...witness ABIWs recent foray to the rock at the end of Spain for cracking work. I've had the same service previously too.

Maybe I'm just cr*p aircrew and don't deserve my freight to be accurately weighed.

And what is it with isitd....sounds like the vibration is getting to his brain......intelligent stuff vibration...to find it!!!

Regards Maybe

J Bloke,

"Maybe I'm just cr*p aircrew and don't deserve my freight to be accurately weighed. "

It's not you chum it's them. Always have been crap at that location since the year dot and long before kilos came into the equation. Must be the local ambience.

But, having always been a Mobile Muppet (lucky me), I would say that, wouldn't I ?

Rgds to all.

E5.

PS: Ketchup with Halloumi ?

Edited to insert punctuation mark !!

MM,

Negative on the Mobile Muppetry (sadly) but I'm still mobile inasmuch as I don't yet need a Zimmer frame......... if you get my drift.

J Bloke,

Did we ever disagree ? It's only a bit of banter and as our chum ABIW says.........."to be taken with a pinch of salt !!"

Regards to all.

J bloke.... I can't sit in the corner and smell of wee because I can't even enter the room in the first place. Your shat-breath is keeping people at bay from 100m!! You really must invest in a tooth brush!!!!

Love 'The Clan?'

GrimW,

How eloquently put. Your parents must be so proud of you.

Although I must agree with ISITD earlier post that ABIW does seem to be a bit of a stroker.
