Cool

You have to wait. If you have not been contacted then EK Cabin Crew Recruitment team wish to thank you for your time and will invite you to reapply after one year from the date of your final interview. If you receive an outbound call from EK during the course of the week, then start the medical procedure which they will send it to you. Good Luck et Bon Voyage.

arvind74

hi mate. hope you will be in DXB soon. As you know there are lots of applications and it does takes a lot of time. So i will suggest you to wait as waiting also is part of the game. If you have not been successful, you will receive an email notification. You will be invited to reapply after one year from the date of your final interview. Remember, we are here for business. If you receive an outbound call from EK. Then you can start your medical procedure. This is not final as you will be cleared after you Pass medical.

Arvind, he explained it clearly in the second half of his post!!! Read it again!!! (Most likely it's a mistake he almost posted the same stuff again. Pprune get frozen many times here as well... He most likely sent 2 posts and an Admin made 1 from the 2. Happens all the time.)

Wait for your e-mail or phone call.

If no news 6 weeks after the FI: keep bothering them until you get the answer.

@joanaw

No worries!

I was successful (came as such a shock!) and I am leaving for Dubai on the 29th August

Yes, it is best to plan for 3 days. Perhaps book one nights accomodation...and then reassess when the time comes! This is what I did, although my open day lasted 2 days rather than three due to the number of applicants. Applicants shortlisted are called back for further interviews the following day, then a final interview on the third day.

Best of luck! If the Open day is first, I would go to that

Emirates Cabin Crew- After interview response

Arvind 74

"If you have not been contacted then EK Cabin Crew Recruitment team wish to thank you for your time and will invite you to reapply after one year from the date of your final interview."

I mean you will receive an email from Emirates Airline- Cabin Crew Recruitment team informing you that you have not been successful in your interview and if you are still interested, you will need to wait for 1 year before applying again. As Mari said to you, it will be to your advantage to sharpen your English by reading my previous post which has answered your question. I wish you good luck to make someone's day.

Has anyone went to the open days in Turkey? Planning on attending in Izmir in Sept How many people generally show up? Second open day I will be attending (first one was in Ireland) and hopefully this one will go a little bit better! I was cut in the first round with people who showed up wearing jeans and couldn't speak any english Hoping to stand out a little more in this one

lyn4emirates that's positive we will be together hopefully that day.usually after applying your status is applied if its under review that means they will call you hopefully in the forthcoming AD or the subsequent

just check your email you might have gotten your invite already

ughostess review your details in the application form, most probably -height,age info.usually it stays applied until further notice

A Little Confusion..

Hi All,

I have been following this wonderful forum for quite sometimes. Thank for the priceless information.

I have a confusion here. I got an offer lately from X-airline after struggling from uncounted interviews. My FI for X-airline was in January, I've been waited 6 months to receive their pre-employment email.
I went for EK OD while waiting for the result. Fortunately, I've been shortlisted for AD on 3rd August (im the only guy who got in). At the same time, X-airline email me and arranged contract signing on the 27th July. I wonder, will it affects my EK application if I sign the X-airline contract between the OD and AD? I cant give up X-airline as I might lose both if fail EK. I asked my fren in X-airline, their notice period is only one week. Should I sign X-airline while attending EK's interview? My departure date for X-airline is dated 22nd August.

Appreciate your advise.
