Hi

Can anyone give me a rough idea of the salary at Amiri - Doha and the contract conditions etc? Considering interviewing with them so any info on what the day entails, what aircraft types and any other information really appreciated.

Sorry I realise there may already be answers to these questions, I have had a look but couldnt really find what I was looking for, if someone would like to PM me that would be great though rather than rehashing same stuff on the forum!

Thanks and once again appreciated.

Best Regards

PrivateAviation-KALAIR

Use Search button- you will be amazed how much info you can get about it
Good luck with it- all I can say- damn hard if not even impossible to get a any contract with them, but if you get lucky to go for just an interview dont bother looking for any info, you will get all info prior the interview so you can decide is it worth trying at all, but apart from netjets and amiri who are companies Kalair is the best private(owner owed private plane) place you can fly for with best conditions, salary, roster, benefits etc etc...

I would really apreciate if you could send me any address such as hariri flight or saudi prince so I can try my luck . I got some of them from the previous post, but most of them are from long time ago... so dont know

Presidential Flight AUH

Hi everyone! I've just gone through this thread from start to finish because years ago when I was applying for EK, I did the same and some how got the job! Now, I'm seriously ready for a change and have been invited to an Open Day for Presidential Flight on the 25th.

I know there's a lot of information here, but obviously the thread lacks in specifics and I definitely need some solid advice and information on what to expect for the open day. How many people? Nationalities? Ages? Experiences levels? What are the stages throughout the day? I assume there's a service test, any idea what kind of questions they'll ask? I'm very anxious and a little intimidated, as I'm quite young and don't really have all that much experience in comparison to the experience most people on this site are listing. Does anyone have any websites you can post for silver service training and information?

After the open day, should I get through, would I be expecting an assessment day? Final interview? How long does it take generally until you get started?

Feel free to PM me with any advice. I've done an interview with Royal Jet already, although no luck there. I really, really want this one!

Thanks, Caracol.

Hi
I got the invitation for the open day as well and I find myself in the same situation as you. I'm 23 and i have never done an interview for a private airline, just commercial. I would really appreciate any information you can share.
Thanks and good luck!

Qatar Amiri Flight looking to take 15 Cabin Crew from Germany

It seems that Amiri Flight (Qatar) needs 15 Cabin Crew and has approached a German (737 Operator) for crew.

How about some feedback from Qatar Crew please?

Here's what they are offering in a simplified form;
Min 2 months or extended until October 2010.
340 Conversion Course.
Based in the Crew Housing in Doha and 5* Hotels outside.
Standby the entire time essentially.
Not much else being mentioned.

Presidential Flight/Qatar Amiri

I just read the posts...

I hope some of you got through at Presidential Flight. Well, I went through the whole process last year and I was NOT successful. They take very young ones now... No special requirements: they like you or not. Honestly, I felt that I was too old for them... It is my dream company but I failed. I don't have a second a chance. If you are young, try it. The girl who was taken from my interview was 24, no first class experience, only 2 years flying. Nice, clever, good-looking girl, white skin, black hair, big ass. They love British and Australians. I was the only one that day out of 7 who was not a native speaker. (No idea how I made it so far...) The package is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And you can live in Dubai! It's safe, it's not Saudi, it's a good lifestyle.

I'm very disappointed that I did not make it but still: there is no better company in the Middle-East in my opinion. I cannot even try something else because it's the best and that's what I wanted.

My friend went for Qatar Amiri last year. (I don't want to live in Doha.) Salary is good. Tips as well. Lots of flying, lots of lots of flying - now, for her. Villa, yes, shared, so it's nice. If you go for the money: TAKE IT! My friend is over 30, 6 years flying. Another friend of mine made it as well, over 30, 7 years flying (not Middle-East) background. You can do it for 1-5 years for sure. Rules are not as strict as for the Qatar crew: you can lead a "normal" life.

What is "good money"? Let's just say: you don't do anything (no flying) and you make a salary of an Emirates First Class Crew who worked her ass off every month. If you fly: basic salary, plus duty pay, plus tips. Accomodation (or allowance) is much better.

I'm sorry but NetJets Europe crew (starting salary) make 4000 euro a month. Brutto. With allowances. It's not good if you pay taxes, healthcare, accomodation, transportation. I would only go for it if I'm really desperate for Europe. They might lay-off 250 people now, so there is not much chance this year...

I was contacted by Sigma (formerly Sigmar) about NAS & agreed to have my cv put forward for the positions. The job is based in Saudi & the interviews are in Bahrain. All applicants should find out in the next 7 days if they have been requested for interview.

Good luck everyone.

hi guys,

the position is based in Riyadh, but interviews will take place in Bahrain on the 6th June. Applicant should make their own travel arrangements... this put me off a bit.

Good luck everyone, and let us know about any news!

Seatbelts, let me know how it goes!
