Why the kink in the road ?- in the lead in to the runway, hasn't this been on before ?.

that looks like TNT Dade-Collier in Florida, but something odd here, logged in but if I click on the thumbnail it takes me to a page to log in and will not show me a full size photo.

I had never heard of Dade-Collier. The lack of buildings intrigued me, so I looked it up:
