Bear of course is correct - Pondicherry it is. Rather odd - quite a tourist destination but very few flights and the airport is only about 30+ years old

Not my old home. But indeed my homeland the Netherlands.
It is missing the dip in the gull upper wing. On second looks it doesn’t have a lower wing so probably not a PV4.
