I have found that if you take the picture from e.g. the wiki article, it doesn't stand enlargement, but if you click the picture open in the article and then take it from there, it stands much more enlargement (has more pixels in it?).

You can of course google silhouettes and do a bit of the old "cut and paste"...

Interesting stuff mate - I'll look that up myself.

I see RegDep has signed off so I guess its just you and me?

The good news is I've prepared an image - the bad news is I can't access photobucket from here

Edit to say I see RegDep is back with us - if you've got one Graeme go for it - I think its the hotel firewall which seems to prevent access to some sites.

Have you got a scanner Reg? They're really cheap these days.

This is from an old Blandford Profile book using the technique above.

Poor quality DOESN'T matter! The more rustic the better! (piss off David! )
And I personally think that the more obscure it is, the more we tend to "paint ourselves into a corner". I know I do...

I have two scanners and planning to buy a third one (for scanning old films), the old - newer of the two - is too slow and low resolution.

Your challenge's tail looks like the old IL-12 or 14, but apparently is not that.

Thanks!

But nothing to post

Eh? Why not?
The wingtips made me search some maritime reconnaissance hardware. No idea why.

Sorry mate - have to hit the hay. Today is tomorrow there.

Reg

Edit:

14 Salon
Maybe the presidential VIP version. Sits nicely there with the front wheels on a barrel. Speaks you volumes.

Noyade my advice on my yesterday on accent(s) was wrong. You poke first the accent button and then 'e' to get é, and shift-accent and then 'e' to get the è.

You can confuse yourself with these to any extent you please - human, inhuman, or otherwise - ad libitum, ad nauseam, or otherwise. Just start with Wiki like Acute accent - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia or Diacritic - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

Hi Graeme,

Your SC has a familiar look about it but my brain isn't engaging! Is it central European?

"Accent?" Which keys do I press?

And how do I get the British Pound (currency) symbol?
