Is this Russian - it is similar to the Antonov OKA-38, but that undercarriage is all wrong. A variant may be?

The gun looks like a Hispano 404.

Is it a variant of the Welkin that I don't know about?

Not a variant of the Welkin David.

I think the guns are Hispano (described as 20mm) but you can't see them in the silhouette - thats a pitot out of the nose!
