It seems that Jane and Skytrain are correct, and I was inaccurate by letting myself be misled by a model-builder.
OV Flyvebad FBIII
OV = Orlogsvaerftet (Orlogswharf)
Blyebad = Flying Boat
FBIII appears to be produced in Orlogsvaerfet's Naval Dockyard in Copenhagen.
The following link leads to more details, and lists the a/c no. 11 in Jane's picture.

Gents
It was my challenge and for the reasons I have already explained I have declared it nul and void. Nothing has been said that changes that view and even if it had nobody guessed the answer I had.
Therefore its Open House, so can we please have your challenge back up Graeme.

C'mon David...give me a hug. I love yas David...Man love!
As an aside I found an interesting comment on the Flyvebad FBIII on another website. It describes it as a "Donnet Leveque assembled by the Naval Dockyard", so essentially its a licence built Donnet Leveque.
