This one's been bugging me for the last 30 mins, but time to close for the night. Difficult to ascertain its appearance but it seems to have a bulbous area around the cockpit! Keep thinking of Luton Minors, Heath Parasols, Pietenpol Aircampers and the like, but they were all produced in big numbers. The fact that only 1 was built and yet 2 replicas were made presumably means this aircraft must have been important in its time.

Over to the night shift....I see you out there evansb....don't know if Noyade is around.

Night nights

this needs to be guessed by 0800 UK time
Or else?

Your last was the Woomera (wish I had of seen that one) so maybe another from Oz? Doesn't have a lot of similarities but only one built, although no mention of replicas or why you would even want to.

The shirtless youth with the Adidas runners looks very cultured so most likely Australian and I'm sure he's practising an old Aussie tradition, "how close can I put my face to a spinning prop?" or "is this going to hurt?"

The Amsco Parasol Monoplane..?

Hi mate. Not an aussie but the right part of the globe, almost!

Original had a Harley-Davidson 750cc engine and the replicas had VW lumps up front.

Hi Ken, Yes, it was significant in a way. Not any of those you mention though.

Martin are having trouble communicating through your fruit - what is it, a blueberry?

Or are you in shock at my awesomeness?

Morning LM. I was beginning to think I was all alone. I sign on and everyone else went!
Waiting for Martin to confirm Graeme's answer.

Morning mate.

You're not alone any more.

Graeme is correct of course. NSW is now 11 hours ahead of us.

I wonder what reception RR is getting on his electronic fruit jobber.

Thats true - the reception on those is never as a good as a standard mobile. I guess we'll have to wait and see. I'm sure he'll check when he has the opportunity.
How's things with you mate?
