Whilst I start work on this one, I can now confirm that it was indeed a gun mount.

Yours seems like a scan; judging by the text showing through it's thin paper.

I'm so dumb this morning I first thought it must be single-engined.

Looking at it again it looks like a twin with see-through engine.

European maybe?
