All I know is that it's called the "Barrell Plane"....

....and the designer worked for Caproni.

This one isn't so difficult:
Can't figure it out. At first I thought it was a podded turbine that powered a rotor which the tip appears at mid-left of your image as in say the Kamov Ka-22 but now it looks like a small wing. However there must be another wing (?) above that. If so, some sort of very old RPV/drone?
