Just to be clear, I edited my post twice: the first time to add SCAT 15-F and the second one to put the hyphen in the correct place.
When I was redirected back to the page Graeme's message wasn't there yet, but next time I will write a new post instead of editing (as it can lead to confusion).
I have a nice one to post, so stay tuned...

Edit: Reg I used your"Ames etc etc" string to search for your page, but I later found out the "SCAT" acronym (before LM stated it, but after searching for his long clue) and searched for "Nasa SCAT" in google images. Tooltip completed the search.
