The IPTN N-250 from Indonesia it is. Well done mate.
Here it is displaying at Le Bourget some years back.

Er... in reality, no...... However, it was basically a Vans RV-6A. It is actually the only homebuilt/kit-plane in military use... the NAF Air Beetle of Nigeria, assembled from parts.

Good evening skytrain,

I think that's an Austrian HB-Flugtechnik HB-23 OE-9312

It seems to be some kind of flying radio-station version, but coocking at the moment and no time to investgate translation further.

The prototype did fly, but its military variant didn't get off the drawing board!

Edited to say, just going "house sitting now, will be back online in about fifteen mins.
