J.C. DEBREYER'S "PELICAN"
It is indeed Sinco . I guess based on a Fauvel was somewhat of a giveaway! In fact it was based on the AV.36, a previous challenge.

I see matters have progressed in my absence. Whereas I am sure everyone was confident that SincoTC had provided the right answer, I would respectfully ask that you give a little time for me to respond. I cannot monitor the PC continuously and somewhat surprisingly I do have other things to do on a Sunday!

Anyway TC declared Open House and we now have a new challenge.

I welcome new players to the thread.

However, I feel that the spirit has been lost as has been my interest.

I might return when the thread returns to what it was, but in the meantime goodbye everyone.................

it looks like a scan from Air International (Enthusiast) mate? I'd say it is too old to be Russian and is therefore either a yank or European? How about European, Ken?

The planform view looks very Cessna-like. The side view does not.

A project that did not fly?

Also, I suspect you scanned it from a magazine that is not in English .
