Thanks HP, never mind, that's fair enough!
We'll see if Graeme's lurking on a bright Monday morning, or maybe Bri (evansb in Alberta) will pop one up before he turns in?
I'm off to walk the dog, so I'll say goodnigh, been a good day innit !

Morning Martin...hope all is well. Not a WIG and not Russian. But you've spotted the first of this aircraft's "unusual" features. The wings do extend but not for that purpose.

To odd to last too long! Well done LM, it is the Gevers Genesis . The extendable wings are quite the reverse of Martin's thoughts. They extend for landing and take off, but retract in flight. Also the engine mounts lower for flight mode (see side profile of silhouette).
All yours David.
