Alaska Airlines........ and they use LTN for a fuel stop, and worse, most likely Signature for handling. BHX is much better for fuel stops and crew rest, and at least 60% cheaper than LTN.

You should contact Alaska Airlines with your conclusions then.
If I was the ferry crew and the choice was a days shopping in the Bullring followed by a dodgy Balti or some R&R in London I can't say Birmingham would be my choice as I think there was a 48 hour stop over with the aircraft arriving on Saturday and leaving at 8:52 this morning for Israel.

When I was told that the multi-storey lifts were for use in an internal building, rather than installing proper water-proof external lifts, I would not believe it, but.......

Well the lifts are inside buildings and can't be rained on but one of the buildings contains many puddles while the others have wet floors. The lift floors have an appropriate rubber floor covering and not an Axminster Carpet.

I think you will find that the electrics are vulnerable to the elements, at least the passengers are earthed if they get to use them.
I wonder if internal lifts are cheaper than external lifts to purchase and maintain? In the case of Luton, it wouldn't be down to cost......
The new road to Century Park is interesting. Much demolition will be required to the north of Percy Way and the industrial estate behind the long term car park!

360 Virtual Trip Around Air Traffic Control. Interesting statement that there are 100 biz jets on the ground at any one time at LTN plus around 500 movements.

I did a count of a satellite view and there were 52 biz jets parked up. With 5 biz jet hangars at Luton that could add maybe at least another 25 or so I guess but that is still well short of a 100.
The satellite image shows 10 parked on the pond and a further 5 parked by the former flying club, which are all aprons that are meant to be going back for airline use I would say the airport has now reached a peak with regard to biz jet movements unless a new biz jet apron is built somewhere remote just for parking.

Over 100 were present for the last Champions League Final at Wembley and the Olympics....although I doubt the FBO's could accommodate those numbers now due to the pressure on parking (STN in particular is gaining Biz-Jet traffic from LTN) The second week of Wimbledon is generally the busiest period of the year for Biz Jets.

The profit for London Luton Airport Ltd which is owned by the council for the year ending March 31st 2016 was £29.7 million down from £65 million for 2015 which is not bad for a company with no employees.
Out of that profit £14,823,000 was donated through its Community Funding Programme.
Concession income was £34,355,000
Other property income 523,000.
London Luton Airport ltd has borrowed £42,921,000 from the council in 9 loans paying interest at up to 12.125%

When I worked for a well know Luton biz jet handlers we counted an arrival and a departure as two separate movements-so reaching a 100 movements a days was a fairly frequent occurrence?

And on the YouTube he does state 250 Inbounds and 250 Outbound movements on runway so he was talking about 50 + 50 = 100 Corp Movements!
Using said Link, which is broken but found with Google, 31/1/17 gave 50 Movements plus 43 in hangers or sitting all day on stands, not bad for this time of year, a few diverted due to fog and being CAT1 only.

It might not have a very good reputation but the passengers still seem to come. Seems to me most pax just want to get from a to b at a reasonable cost and are not too bothered about the 'experience'.
Some of the figures are quite staggering - ATMs etc. Even charter traffic up. One million in February anybody!
