Well looking at the Masterplan once again and it is showing that the terminal is not to be extended out towards the front and over the service yeard until 2015, this co-insides with the re-opening of Echo as a live taxiway.

Apparently 2 extra nose in stands will be created as the new pier will be extended accross stands 13 and 16. I'm sure this will require for the maintenance area, ICS building and the vehicle graveyard all to be removed.

Does anyone know what airline HHI are? Also had a big delay on TOM flight last night, due back from LGW 6 this morning instead of 9 last night.
Mathers_wales_uk, did you get any more info on the self check in desks for Fly Be?

I do not have any further info at the moment regarding the self service check-in desks for flybe but will report when i do.
Regarding the TOM, i know the 757 RR yesterday morning and seen the engineers looking at Engine 2. Didn't depart until approx 16:00 hrs so i'm guessing it would have been the same a/c unless i am mistaken.

Correct, same aircraft and same crew, they completed a 23 hour shift, i do believe they swopped flight deck 3 times though. The inbound flight posistioned in empty and and the pax came back earlier on a different flight into BRS.

Explain to me how you can complete a 23 hour shift if you change flight crew 3 times, where does the crew go, and you are still on duty at all times unless you are put up in accommodation if i am not mistaken?

Tech a/c. Left 7hrs late as waiting for a part.
Outbound crew would be out of hours for return, but spare pilots were in SSH and used to ferry a/c back. All CWL crew deadheaded back.
Inbound pax were rebooked on BRS and EMA flight.

This maybe due to predicted loads given to the airport by it's airlines, i know that The FLYBE and BmiBaby flights have been pretty full along with the KLM's. The Aer Arann's have been half loads and not sure with the Thomsons but i'm guessing they are full.
