Forgive me if I am wrong, but isn't Manston in Kent??
I would therefore be most disappointed if an airline called 'Air SOUTHWEST' base aircraft outside the Southwest when there is still more room for expansion down this neck of the woods. Exeter remains untouched....there are other markets not served from either Newquay or Plymouth.

Air Wales used to base in PLH.
Highland airways now base in CWL.
Go where the money is i say!
But just DUB/AMS? Surely if this happens it wouldnt be enough to base an a/c, with extra crewing etc etc.
This would prob be operated on some kind of W pattern

I'll second WOW coming to GLO - the Manx2 route has worked out well -and I'm sure DUB, GLA and EDI would do even better, particularly since direct trains from Gloucestershire to Scotland are no more......
but WOW's Dashs would be restricted by the runway length (particularly in the wet!)

Re: Rebranding
Nah its not on the website yet but their paper timetables have the new logo and styling on (the last time I saw one anyway).
Found this a while back (can't remember where though):

I think it's a partial rebranding at the moment - new artwork for adverts and leaflets etc.
Air Southwest also have a new "Business Plus" product - basically you can either buy the cheap fare or pay more and get executive lounge, more baggage, changeable tickets etc.

sounds good!
wasnt there also some talk on this forum about wow running services ex lgw to somewhere else ? and having applied for slots at the other end ?
cant remember the exact details!
how many extra lgw slots are we talking for wow ?
also, do wow currently have spare capacity as far as a/c are concerned for extra flights ? considering quite a bit of the capacity would of been taken up by the new GLA and NCL flights.

Everything is final now and they gave the slots back, so no LGW-RTM.

Domestic Flight Facility
Air Southwest customers travelling to London Gatwick Airport from Newquay and Plymouth with onward UK flights will benefit from a new service that has just been launched.
A domestic transfer facility will be available those passengers just carrying hand baggage and booked with British Airways for the next leg of their journey. This means that passengers won't need to go through arrivals or re-clear security at London Gatwick for a British Airways domestic flight. An agreement is also in place for their return into London Gatwick.
Jim Cameron, Chief Executive of Air Southwest said: “This is an excellent added benefit for our customers which we are delighted to introduce. We are the number one operator from Newquay Cornwall Airport with four flights a day, seven days a week to London Gatwick and I’m confident our passengers will find this new service makes their journey even easier with Air Southwest.”
Air Southwest does not guarantee connecting flights from London Gatwick and this service will only be available to customers when their scheduled connection is not more than two hours after their arrival into London Gatwick.
