Can people send any info on capacity test - what’s the task, and the assessment day/interview - what do they ask and what are they looking for, and for the sim - what are they looking for and getting you to do

Hi there! Had a SIM assessment a couple of weeks ago. Neither me or my sim partner have anything despite sending emails off to recruitment. Anyone else waiting to hear back? Can no news be considered good news or is that a tad optimistic? Cheers!
