Well, nothing new and people still fail. If you are good and confident on your abilities then why stress? There are more jobs than there are suitable candidates and that’s a fact, they struggling to recruit as it when people share info.

I appreciate it might still be subject to approval, but are current BA pilots able to share any insight on the new pay deal. Just trying to work out what the new pay scale might be like for a junior SH FO/if a profit share element is now a feature.
Thanks all.

Hi all,
Couldn't find any other relevant thread, so asking my question here. I am not a direct entry but irrespective of the path, I'd like to know from those who have gone through the entrance procedure whether you guys had a math test ? If so, were you allowed to use pen & paper or was it supposed to be a purely mental exercise ?
Thanks a lot for your replies !

Pen and paper is provided. I would recommend making notes in the brief section as this helps you run through the fuel systems in a particular order which is required in the test. Just take your time when working through the instructions and this sets you up nicely.
