I suspect so.
Not sure what kind of system to screen is being used but I'd have imagined with 2000+ rumoured applicants, some automatic system would be in place to filter the initial tests.
Who knows, what will be will be!

I don't know that 2000+ pilots did the test,
It is ridículous to call all this people for 200 positions.
Still waiting also, i think probably It takes around 1 or 2 weeks more.
Let see

Why should it be ridicoulous?
Its a way to test the market for them.
And yes, they will look deeply into all the applications after the tests result.
If someone did bad will not necessarily be thrown out if he/she has some other potential strong points.
This is common HR practice.

There have been 3,500 applications for around 200 jobs. Nearly every single eligible applicant (ie right to work in Europe, min experience etc) has been given the tests and also current easyJet pilots have been asked to 'recommend a friend'. As you might imagine there is an enormous amount of data collecting and sifting to be carried out by a small team of very busy people. Hard as it is, patience is the order of the day while the vetting and decisions over interviews are sorted out. Good luck to one and all.

I think It is not practical to call 2000 pilots for 200 positions. It is a extra work absurd for the HR Recruitment Team.
What parameters define if a pilot is the right candidate?, this test Should be done in their facilities. I can get help from other people and nobody will know.
Anyway good luck and let see if they give su any feedback soon.

If it wasn't a joke would you take my ATPL at face value? Doubt it.
Online pysche testing is worthless. A money maker for someone, that's all.
