1 captain is coming back as line captain next month. 5 F/O left but nobody else will leave soon. 10 F/O are coming for training and work for free. They will even pay for that. So CP is doing fine. Different story if we like it or not.
I personally do not like it but it is very irritable to hear from somebody who is not in company but like to join this s...t. Everybody else who work with us are welcome to comment.

hye guys....what do you think abou my reflession? 10 F/O WILL ARRIVE NEXT MONTH....THEY LL PAY FOR FLY....SO THE OLD OUR F/O WE COULD PUSH AND GIVE THEM ON BEAUTIFUL KICK IN THEIR US.
WAKE UP ....THE OLD AND EXPERIENCED F/O NEVER WILL GROW UP HERE.....DONT WORRY BORIS THINK TO EVERYBODY MEANTIME IS IN HOLYDAY....

Kreten,

as you did not answer my PM and you are not the owner of this thread , I will remind you that you came to fly here in Morocco for U$1200,00 less than the former Regional F/O. So, this is the life,now come the Pay-to-fly guys receiving less.....ops!!!...paying to fly.

where are you mon ami? I need your thoughts.
I still remember a conversation about possibilities to raise the salary some months ago,when the last two Regional F/O decided not to join Rame.

Emir I am in Morocco and not to going to stay long, just to annoy you. When you join I will leave promptly. Since I do not own thread let me tell you one thing. You are boring with your comments. Why, because you are not in company but you will like to join. Please join so I can go.
The things I have heard about you from your Regional friends who are with me now are interesting. I mean your skills. So please do continue comment. It will be funny to read again, but I will not answer anymore because I have better things to do, for example fly.
So enjoy your stay here you will not be long here so do I.

I hope you do not mind me commenting regarding what you may have "heard" about emir.
I flew with him ... and many others in Regional. I can say objectively that he was one of the best. I have to admit that generally speaking, the Regional south american guys were all very good hand flyers, including emir. However, what emir possessed on top of that -which many of the others were clearly lacking - was the operations/regulations knowledge that is required to make the right decisions in delicate situations

Just my 2 cents mate. Not interferring in your debate...

nice to hear from you that you are very well paid, maybe not for long, maybe you are a cheap and nasty co-pilot,who knows.And I am not here for the job, if you pay attention in my previous posts you will see.
About my coleagues from Regional, I can say they were even better of my compatriots, I have learned a lot with them.

I have seen two Regional ATR-s ready for flying. That means something either will leave Morocco or come to RAME.
NEW JOBS in RAME. Everybody is welcome, almost everybody.

I was under the impression that based on the antagonistic nature of your dialogue, your remark was referring to something rather negative. I stand corrected if that was not the case.
However, I am wondering about the point you were making through such a remark then... If you have nothing to say about his skills, just don't say anything at all ... or if you have a point to make, please have the guts to make it in a clear manner...

My point is very simple. I have heard that he was good. But instead of joining, because he wanted to do so and he was offered a job, he is commenting everything which he heard from Regional guys in RAME. Everybody who join from Regional are angry because it was better then. But it was BEFORE. maybe because it was better before now does not exist. It is a past. Today reality is RAME whether we like or not. I like a guys with guts, as you said, who joined and fight from inside not with words but with something else. Fighting from outside with a words on forum is nothing.
So I hope that you get my point. Please do not remember old times, does not help go forward as any pilot should. Better times will come, maybe not soon but will come. For younger guys for sure for us old captains maybe not but it was good while it lasts.

As I said, I cannot take part in your on going debate since I left the area few years back, and I have no grasp of what's going on there at the moment.
I was just curious about some possible negative comments one could make regarding emir's aviating SKILLS... because he is a damn good pilot.

I sincerely hope the rant over all this can ease soon enough for the interest of everyone.

Summary for 2009

Let me give you my view.
Since a beginning some things improved some not.
-people are going home according to original schedule which was not before
-medical exam tickets are paid by company with delay and lot of pressure to Benadoo
-uniforms finally arrived
-roster is still a problem. 15 days roster. for captains stable only 1 or 2 changes. for F\O lot of changes because 4 F\O already left 1 will leave in 2 days. 2 new captains are flying as F\O all time, so for company not a problem. 2 overnights in row not 3 as before. less flights with breaks between flights because LIS flight started. for captains roster is not anymore 7 days 1 day most of the time. for F\O is still 7\1.
-information that 10 new F\O are come to pay for training and 500 hours.
-transport same as before or to be right no transport. you have to go to pick up point on your own then to airport, and that thing will not be changed soon.
-salary and housing allowance on time all the time.
-no help from agencies as before. even for small things they are trying to avoid help.
If I miss something please do correct me, specially people who work with RAME.

As you said, the only way is forward for everyone, but I have to say that these conditions are absolutely incredibly lower than what I enjoyed myself there.
Is having 10 paying FO's regulations compliant? Because it looks like with such numbers all the FO's are going to be clients of the company rather than employees. Then all the Skippers will need to be Line Training Captains and all the flights are going to be training flights ?
How serious does that sound to you Kreten ?

Line captains will not do trarining you can be sure be that. Old F/O will stay because they need more of them for 2 more aircraft. Training will take too long, maybe year or two so if you ask me it will not happened at all.
Conditions are worse then before as you said but since no captains left yet looks OK. When some of captains leave then somebody will start asking questions in the company. I hope I will be first one to leave, because this conditions are not good for me. But while waiting for new one I will keep this.
When you start company with 6 people in the office and 4 crew per aircraft you are not serious. But here nobody cares about passangers and on time performance. That is same like in Regional according to former Regional guys. In Morocco this is a case with RAM as well as RAME. So answer it is not serious at all.
One question for you. Since you keep saying that it was very good before why you left such a great company. You said you are not here for few years. According to the offer I have got more then 2 years ago from Regional, pay was very bad, same transport from pick up point and one ticket to go home per year. Conditions improved in last few years but people still were leaving. Why. You all actually had a good conditions for year or two but you flew aircraft without mainatance. So that was really good.

Hi Guys,

Can anyone confirm the info about the 2 additional planes ?

I know that Regional was leasing two ex RAM ATR42s registered CN-CDU/V and they were supposed to be returned back to RAM express. A dispute over Maintenance Checks kind of delayed this integration.
