Looks like it's getting worse than the Regional Airlines time...
I'm sure u're doing your best to cope with it, but this marocanization of all the RAM subsidiaries do not look good for u guys... maybe it's an opportunity to look for greener pastures...
It's well known that Morrocan Pilots are the best in the world and u expats have only the right to shut up . Stop serving them. Leave them in their sh.t

Word of advice
Advice to anyone who thinks to join.
If you are desperate for money come and "enjoy", money is good, people OK (apart of RAME).
If you are not desperate DO NOT come. It will be very hard as it is already for all of working here.
So conclusion if you need money join us but consider to stay as short as possible and go somewhere else, at least I will hopefully soon, very very soon.

RAME! NO PLEASE....I prefer to survive!
1. NO roster, 15 days only changed every day
2. roster 7- 1 - 7 up to the limit of regulations and more
3. NO tickets - Bull**** tickets for ground staff
4. NO uniforms - they don't have the minimum respect for employee
5. Lack of documentation - technical and flight
6. Flight and OPS procedures like in a Flight school
7. Chief pilot have Double Face - Shoort memory - NO attitude - unuseful
8. Lack of management - Mr S is a esperienced liar
9. Lack of organization - managed by unesperienced person
10. Lack of Broker's support (Rishworth....too slow... ETOPS???? Bigarre THE SHARK!)
11. Contract NOT respected!
12. Pay attention...DO NOT ANTICIPATE MONEY FOR THE COMPANY....
13. Cabin attendent have NOT been payed
14. NO respect for your days OFF and period OFF not respected
15. Tickets for medical and simulators for licence renewal NOT payed
16. money OK but you will be the slave of moroccans liars

The RAME is a system, Pilot. That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Captains, First officers, liars, children. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it.

Can Anyone from the Regional Air Lines operation shed some light on what happened to the 4 ATR's operated by RAL.
I understand 2 of them were actually RAM planes (CDU/CDV). Are they being integrated into RAM Express along with the 4 ATR 72s ?

Nothing can replace your freedom..... RAME is NOT a normal company is a disaster! You are considered a slave. Absolutely NO chances to remain in Morocco. Divert to other places ASAP!!!! If you plan to join....PULL UP....and GO AROUND!
