The disaster is going worst!

Several Cabin and Flight crews are been threatened of retaliations if they refuse to fly over the limits imposed by regulations.

Chief Pilot UNAVAILABLE ...... as usual.....

RAME is starting to jeopardise flight crews.

Threat phone calls to the personnel that refuses to overcome DCA & company rules and refuses to fly sick.

What will be the next step?

My advice to all F\O is to stop talking and try to go somewhere else.
Very soon will be something.
Former regional guys will stay whatever it takes because they do not have GUTS to do something except to stay.

Get It Straight

Hey Emir, you gotta get things straight man. First of all you seem to be a well educated person, but with no principles ( just by reading your posts I can say that). How can you say that ex-regional pilots didn´t start the RAME operation. Since 2004 when Regional started the ATR operation for RAM everything was upslope for the comencement of RAME. Also ex regional pilots were the first ones to be approached by RAM administration to be part of the operation and were guaranteed a spot in the new airline. Even with ETOPS in the picture and the chief pilot belonging to this broker does nor mean that they are the strong man in there, understand that Rishworth could not have been able to supply all of the crews for that buisness. And after all, it all comes down to money, if ETOPS supply less expensive pilots, so be it.
Now, regarding to the chief pilot and him being part of ETOPS, that was the only good call this administration had, since no one from Regional was capable of doing it, and I am not concentrating in skills, just in french speaking person.

Hey Emir, shame on you man. You are talking sh** of your previous coleagues. So you think you are the big shot huh!!! Get real man. you are as guilty as anyone else. For someone to be appreciated as a "Good" pilot that person has to be skillfull and a good person, and believe me, you might be skillfull, but as a person I can now tell you are worth nothing. So your flying is flawless, never had an incident, you are an angel man.

I cannot believe you write with such hatred against your previous mates after you have called them to show your respect and desire to join RAME. Such a hipocrite, why would you wanna join a shi***y airline after what you have written in here. You are outta your mind, or you might just be simply stupid.

At RAME they also have computers and internet you ignorant jerk, how do you think they found out all about you and your smart posts at the same time you were begging for a job there. Player, you dindn´t played it safe, that´s why you are OUT!!!!!!!!

I am sure that you are simply dissapointed with the decision you took of staying with Regional and not joinning RAME at the precise moment, because believe me, at RAME there is no place for you man, there might be opennings, but none for you you piece of worthless scum. Am I being aggressive here or what??? Sorry man, but the truth is a b*tch.

How can you talk about the chief pilot, about the operation, the administration, etc..... if what you know is sh*t. Do you know the chief pilot??? I know you have only talked to him over the phone, but have you met him?? Have you flown the RAME 72´s, I think not and will never happen, so how can you say such stuff. Please leave this issues to people who are really inside the operation and you can concentrate to your Regional stuff. If what you are posting is not true, just shut the fu*k up

NOTE: For the rest of the bloggers reading this thread, I am not justifying RAME´s actions, there are a lot of problems, but as long as the money keeps coming I simply give a sh*t about stupid issues like uniforms. Just stick to your MANEX and thats it, so far it has worked for me.

as a probationary ppruner you are showing......
Maybe you are the chief pilot...anyway...I will not consider your offenses, maybe It is a case of misunderstanding because I am in and very close to you.
Take it easy man, I know the roster is tough but you dont need take it personally.
I dont have nothing personally against the you(Chief Pilot?) and neither against those who I mentioned,It was only their mistakes.
In that moment of my post was an injustice not approve some guys from RGL,specially those who deserved. They were highly skilled pilots to have theirs ass kicked out in the screening.
Try to get more informations about what you wrote.
And please! Dont think you gonna retire here in Morocco, your position wont last forever.

Do you guys understand what I mean by "keeping your head below the parapet" ? I recommend you try it, much easier in the long term.

I was trying to help you, but....
I know you are very far from your house and the current T&C are not the same as before.
The big majority are not satisfied with the contract.
I dont want to discuss people, but ideas and facts.

RAME, What is happening?

Could some one please be objective and sensable and tell me what is going on at RAME

I have just got another e mail from ETOPS asking for my details again.
  • Are there jobs to be filled?
  • What are working T & C's like
  • Do they have a commuting contract
  • And do you get ID travel?

Hi Deskbound,

If you had contact with Etops, they should be able to tell you what conditions to expect. If not, surely you'll get a contact name/number to the person in charge of these details.

My guess is that it should be more accurate than hearsay.

The job seems hard but you get your hours and move on, take what you can while you can, accept some of the hardships and move faster to better climes.

Dear Kreten,

thank you for your update.
In reality I am commited here and I would not leave only for this reason.
About all events, I can say to you that it is very sad to see some coleagues being treated with a minimum respect in the screening,enroute..etc specially in the very beginning of Rame.
Day by day our class has been treated with less respect,sometimes by the employers,sometimes even by ourselves.
Elapsed 4 years here,somehow I know how the things works and how some coleagues behave in the job, like everywhere, some of them above the average,anothers below.
Unfortunatelly for most of them there are not another options of job in the moment and they have to stay and pass through the inconvenients.
I dont intend to go to India, I dont need it in reality.Over these 4 years here some possibilities arose for me around the world and I refused all of them.
For many years I have seen the same story,some guys that are in key positions today are replaced tomorrow without ceremony and maybe knock in your door asking for a help.
So, I wish you all the best and Merry Christmas.
