Air France 320 Captain 6000 $ . 900 $ go into compagny shares (after 1998 dispute )1700 $ to the tax man. Been here 13 years and was making a lot more on the 400 for a lot more fun to. I always roll on my back when hearing we're the best paid pilots in the world.
Did I really hear a winging 9000 USD Southwest skipper ? I must have hearing/reading problems.

I work for a good company that could be even better. I have worked both seats in a t/p. Take home this month was £2000'ish.

PS nice to hear from you again Zulu, still staying off the coffees? Keep eating the choccies!

Still commuting great distances?

Just to add to the ATCO comparisons, which are also interesting.

IAA (Irish) ATCO, £1900 IEP = £1400 STG. Bottom of salary scale.

well, I took home just under US$10K last month, we have no direct taxes here in Cayman, hence very few deductions or benefits and our cost of living is so high it can look down on the Space shuttle in orbit. Been here 21 years, left seat 737
