Nope as of now the second batch didn't sign the bond yet, i guess they are waiting for the first batch formalities to finish

So the next batch of students have already been selected and there is absolutely no hope for the remaining(90) students to get a call??

Just out of curiosity its has been published over this platform that only handful of pilots(310) were called for the written's on the day of public announcement of " Spicejet Recruiting Pilots ".Those who got called submitted their CV's and relevant documents by hand at their main office.So just wanted to know what about those who actually e-mailed them CV's....any hope of those pilots being called upon?

Can any one suggest the outcome of pilots with TR on 737 who got called for written exam on 737 sometime back in feb/march?How many of them got selected or not and if selected then how many of them....

Not sure of the remaining 90, as per my knowledge there are 3 batches and 45 are going to be recruited

For the written exam, they sent us the same mail thrice and now for results can't they send us even one?

Were the written results mailed to people or i believe everyone received phone calls

I never got any e-mail for the written results. Just a phone call... And as far as I know,all the candidates who have cleared their interviews have already been informed... Hard luck for guys like us who didnot recieve the call as most probably we din make it through..

I tried calling their HR number of times but to no avail. No one ever answers the call. My uncle knows someone in HR and he told me that the list is made and those who made it in the interviews have already been called... So candidates lyk me who didnot recieve any call from them didnot make it in the interviews. sad but true..

i believe people have got calls for the second batch and are to join on friday the 15th

More than 4000 pilots appeared for the Jet Test..

SJ comes up with an ad only on newspaper of metro cities, agree they cant put it up on all newspapers in India.. But what the hell is the career section on the website for???

Anyways I was among the lucky ones to read the post on PPRUNE.. sent them the application the same day..

No calls, no emails, no reply, within a week they test only 300 pilots for 30 vacancies.

Out of 6000 pilots waiting for a call only 300 get called!!??
5% already selected .. WoW!!

Now people here are discussing about batches.. because they have been called they don't question the system in practice.. nor even care post of it here..

Stop blaming the system.. DGCA, AIRLINES will go as far as we let it go..

I am no saying you are all "GARIMA PASSI" but why do we let this happen?

Has anyone here sent a mail to SJ or DGCA regarding this matter?
forget that, none of the guys called for the test ever gave it a thought!

Look at jet airways.. almost 4000 pilots appeared, not a single penny charged.. infact they served us water during the test!!

I cleared it.. hopefully I would have done the same @ the SJ written test.. where 10% of the students were selected (and remember already 95% off the applications were into SJ's dust bin!) compared to jet airways final selection of as low as 2%..

Joining date for the second batch is 15th April, the emails have been sent out.
