Interpreting speeds on Vn diagram

I have been trying to relate a Vn diagram to the FAR25 speeds for a turbo prop. Does Vc on a Vn diagram represent Vmo? And Vc represent a speed that is 80% of Vd? Thanks in advance for any thoughts...

I have often been told that, during S/E ops, prior to landing you should turn the fuel xfeed off and return the engines fuel feed to their primary tanks.

I think ATR have got it right with the 72-600...

I think ATR have got it right with the 72-600 going for fuel efficiency and a good load carrying ability - it will carry the about the same as a Dash8-400.

The Dash8-400 is obviously faster but...

Cl's were placed back at feather after shutdown, enough internal rotation to give fuel flow and ignition but with no air flow, i heard the props could not be rotated after second shutdown :uhoh:

Cppilot is about 53000, with super and allowances package is
about 70000.

Captain around 78000, with super and allowances package is
95000approx 1st year, goes up about 2500 per year.
