The UK CAA accepted it when i applied for my ATPL.

On the Airbus in EZY, all take-offs are unpressurized as it preserves engine life. Due to the aircon packs being switched off, the EGT on each engine reduces and therefore reduces maintanance costs....

I don't mind the variable rostering so much but I thought that we would always have a minimum amount of days off per month and that even in your stby-period you wouldn't work 5/2, 4/2, 2/2....
