Weird?

Itīs not weird Cedric, most pilots do a type after they have found a job instead of the other way around.

Try Wizzair in Hungary! Or easyJet, they have a base in Paris Orly. Or perhaps Tiger Airways in Singapore?

Bonne courage!

Job

Another one from Jetway Areonautics I would guess, did you do your type rating with them,if so start looking for any flying job around, because JetWay is blacklisted and well known around.

Forget easyjet, first off all, they will only take type-rated people with no/low experience through CTC and also the Orly base is after DTM the most popular base with at the moment over 13 F/O's waiting for a transfer from the UK.

Try to apply at CTC in Southampton, your type will be an advantage in the selection process.

ctc in our firm recently sim tested a bunch of self sponsered type rated candidates. 80% were found unsuitable and we are desparate for pilots. This probably says more about the standard of the training these people have paid for, than their actual ability.
